Shipping policy
a. How long will my order take to reach me?
We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days, unless the item has been marked as βpre-orderβ.
Once dispatched, delivery takes:
- -Β 3β5 working daysΒ for metro cities
- -Β 5-7 working daysΒ for other locations
Please note: delivery timelines are approximate and may vary slightly based on your pincode.
b. Need it sooner?
We offer express shippingΒ on request for selected pincodes. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines, most express orders to metro cities arrive withinΒ 1β2 working days.
- - Express shipping is available at anΒ additional charge of βΉ200
- - Orders must be placedΒ before 11 AMΒ to be dispatched the same day
- - Availability depends on your pincode and courier serviceability
However, To request express delivery:

- - Our team will confirm availability and share aΒ payment link or UPI code
- - Once the express fee is paid, weβll dispatch your order in the next available slot
Please note: Weβll do our best to get your order to you quickly, butΒ delivery within 2 days is not guaranteed. As this is a speed-based service,Β refunds are not applicable in case of delays.

c. When will I receive tracking details?
A tracking link will be shared viaΒ WhatsApp and emailΒ once your order is booked. You can also track it anytime via theΒ βYour OrdersβΒ tab in your profile.
d. What happens if Iβm not available to receive my order?
Our delivery partners will make up toΒ 3 attemptsΒ to deliver. If you miss an attempt, you may receive a message or call to reschedule. If the delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping is possible upon request with an additional charge ofΒ βΉ120.

e. What if my order says βDeliveredβ but I havenβt received it?
Please write to us withinΒ 24 hoursΒ of receiving the delivery update. After this window, it may not be possible to escalate the issue with our courier partners.

Our shipping partner requires up to 24 working hours to escalate changes, and address updates are not always guaranteed once the package is with the courier. Weβll support you in every way we can, but we recommend double-checking your details at checkout to avoid delays or return-to-sender situations.
